Cancelations:

Tandem flights

• Cancelations from 0 to 24 hours prior to the flight: 100% cancellation fee will be charged (of the full price)
• Cancelations from 24 to 72 hours prior to the flight: 50% cancellation fee will be charged (of the full price)
• Cancelations 3 to 30 days prior to the flight: 20% cancellation fee will be charged (of the full price)
• Cancelations 30 days or more prior to the flight: 10% cancellation fee will be charged for costs incurred. (of the full price)

Paragliding courses

• “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the quoted price.
• Cancelations from 0 to 14 days prior to the course: 100% cancellation fee will be charged (of the full price)
• Cancelations from 15 to 30 days prior to the course: 50% cancellation fee will be charged (of the full price)
• Cancelations 31 to 60 days prior to the course: 20% cancellation fee will be charged (of the full price)
• Cancelations 60 days or more prior to the course: 10% admin fee (of the full price) will be charged for costs incurred

No Shows

If a client is not available to start the course on time, FLUMEN will make an attempt to contact the client using the email address and telephone provided at the time of making the booking. If a client is not contactable or is thereafter not available to start a course within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the client’s course will be canceled but no refund will be due to the client and all fees and charges will be retained as liquidated damages. Exceptions to this policy may be considered in certain circumstances but FLUMEN will be free to exercise their discretion in this regard as they see fit.

Weather Conditions

Clients bear the sole risk of scheduled courses being affected by inclement or extreme weather conditions, such as rain, wind, or extreme heat. Under no circumstances FLUMEN be held responsible for weather conditions. No booking can be canceled or amended by the client at any time on the basis of weather conditions. In case of extreme weather, FLUMEN will try to reschedule the course or refund the client with 10% admin fee charged.

Rescheduling

In some cases and subject to FLUMEN availability, it may be possible to reschedule a course if sufficient advance notice is given, however, FLUMEN shall not be bound to reschedule any tour notwithstanding the amount of advance notice given. Courses are always subject to FLUMEN availability. Please contact us if you would like to reschedule. If the FLUMEN is unable to reschedule, the terms of this refund and cancellation policy shall apply.

Course cancelations

FLUMEN has a full right to cancel a course. In case of cancelation done by FLUMEN, a full refund will occur or rescheduling.

Refunds

Refunds are done either by PayPal or bank transfer.

Changes

This refund policy can be changed without prior notification.
