With Marko, you can always feel that there is no time to lose
Several months ago, a paragliding pilot friend recommended Marko extensively to me, as I wanted to start the adventure in this sport. My friend had already taken courses with him. We went to Valle de Bravo where I joined Marko's student group on a ride to the take-off. Once there, Marko began his morning meteorology briefing. There were giant clouds in the distance and Marko explained what those clouds would mean during the flight. I hopped on a bit to listen to him, I could not help it. Then one by one, all of his students took off in the air while Marko stayed on the ground to lead the orchestra of inexperienced pilots solely with his radio in hand. I was struck by the mix of endeavor and concentration he devoted to each one of his pilots. With a hawk's eye, Marko knew exactly what each student was doing and even what he was about to do. He named one and the other on the radio as he gave them precise instructions for a pleasant and safe flight. All the students drew a beautiful landscape with their slight turns, which would take them to the reference point for a safe landing. That's how it went.
Then Marko turned back to me and said: let's go. We headed for the landing area where all of his students were waiting to continue with their theory lessons. Day after day the course had more or less the same dynamics, with punctuality being Marko's relentless trademark, since he knows the weather behavior and how to truly squeeze the day. With Marko, you can always feel that there is no time to lose.
In October of last year, I decided to attend my first course with Marko. Besides the fact that Valle de Bravo is a beautiful place, it offers a wide variety of budget possibilities. The feeling of finally being enrolled in the course as a student of Marko was incredible. I felt completely safe with my instructor and from the very beginning, it was an unforgettable experience.
Marko is a highly professional pilot, with lots of charisma and with the attitude of a true champion. He recently participated in the 9th edition of the Red Bull X-Alps, where 32 top-class pilots from all over the world have the mission of crossing the Alps chain, from Salzburg to Monaco, and can do so only by air or by foot. More than 1000 kilometers of walking, jogging, and flying. Between the rain, mountain, steep slopes with snow and strong winds, Marko was following the roads to touch the turn points where he had to signboards and move on to the next point as fast as he could. He kept us informed of each step he took. I followed him every day in his adventure and I felt a deep excitement to know that Marko was there, competing among the best paragliding pilots in the world. I checked the Live Tracking every day and could see if he was flying, walking or resting to fuel his body with food to keep him strong enough ahead. I tracked the other athletes as well and I was shocked by the huge effort each one of them was going through. Marko had his feet wasted and his face exhausted, the reason why I appreciated so much every photo he could kindly share with us, his students. And, I also was pending in FB with all live videos and photos available. It was really exciting to see so much effort as well as the application of experience and knowledge of all pilots in this beautiful sport.
If you want to be a top pilot, I highly recommend Marko Hrgetic as your Paragliding Instructor. He has a long-standing career that avails him big prestige in the paragliding scene worldwide. And he has deeply mastered experience and knowledge to turn you into a safe pilot and many more advantages that will change the way you see the world.
A pilot who has participated in the toughest paragliding race, such as the Red Bull X-Alps, is a guarantee that he will form only excellent pilots.
